What is the gig about?
Mr Sam & The Dednutz are a rock band an off-shoot of popular YouTubers and Twitch streamers Hat Films and several members of the streaming collective The Yogscast.
Alex, Ross and Chris, collectively known as Hat Films have built an audience of almost one million subscribers on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/hatfilms) - clocking up almost half a billion views on their channel.
Their live shows follows their first on-stage performance at YogCon 2019 in Bristol, in front of a sell out crowd, with tens of thousand more watching online around the world.

How much does the gig cost?
General admission tickets are £20.00 incl. VAT.
How long will the gig last?
The doors will open at 7:30pm and close at 11:30pm. We expect the gig will last approximately 2 hours in total with an intermission.
What is the expected dress code?
There is no set dress code. We expect everyone to wear casual clothes. If in doubt you can buy the band merch on FRESH.
Is there a limit to the number of attendees for the gig?
Yes. There is a capacity limit of 600 tickets for general admission and a limit of 75 VIP passes for the early access and meet & greet.
How do I contact the organisers?

How can I purchase the tickets?

My tickets have not arrived and the show is only days away. What should I do?
Firstly, please note your tickets are e-tickets. You will first receive an email confirmation of your purchase. We will send your digital tickets 2 weeks before the event and a reminder 24hrs before the event. You can bring a printed or digital copy of the ticket to the event.
How do I know which ticket agent I used?
Tickets are only available via FRESH and directly from Trinity Bristol. If you can’t find your ticket, please contact both vendors directly to find out.
I haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do?
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation email, also check it hasn’t gone into your junk mail folder. If you are still having trouble getting your confirmation email, please contact our customer service team at support@freshstore.co.
If I’m a disabled person – what is the best way for me to make a booking?
We do not have an 'accessible viewing area' tickets, just general admission. You are able to buy a ticket through any of our ticketing channels directly on Trinity website or fresh.co If you have accessibility requirements and wish to attend an event at Trinity, please contact the venue prior to the show to discuss any specific requirements or to book a free personal assistant ticket.
