Christmas is a busy time for all. To ensure we continue to offer great service to you we've put together the following guidance:
Opening times
During the festive break we will be offering reduced customer support service levels during these dates;
22 December - 9:30 - 12:30 (GMT)
23 December - 9:30 - 12:30 (GMT)
24 December (Christmas Eve) - Closed
25 December (Christmas Day) - Closed
26 December (Boxing Day) - Closed
27 December - 9:30 - 12:30 (GMT)

31 December (New Year’s Eve) - Closed
1 January - New Year’s Day - Closed
You can continue to request support from us by logging them in the normal way via our customer support portal. Our responses may take longer than usual, due to our teams operating the above reduced hours. And please note we are closed on the 24, 25, 26 December and between 1 January - 3 January. Enquiries raised on these days will be answered on the next working day.
Our normal working hours will resume on Wednesday 4 January 2023, and daily between 09:30 - 17:30 (GMT).
Festive Shipping Dates
Our recommended last order dates are;
UK - December 16th
Europe, US & Canada - December 8th
ROW - December 1st
Our couriers have advised that shipping delays are expected due to ongoing strikes and delays. Orders made after these last orders dates may not arrive in time for Christmas, however we are doing our best to get orders shipped as soon as possible. Although in some instances we expect orders made after these last orders dates to still arrive before the Christmas holidays, this is not guaranteed.
We also expect orders made between December 22nd and January 4th to experience some slight delays.
All orders are provided with tracked shipping so you can see the status of your order as it is on its way to you. If you have any concerns about your order's status, please reach out to our customer support team via our customer service desk (click here) and we will be happy to help.
Checking Order Status
If you are worried about orders not being delivered in time for the festive period, please get in touch by logging a query with our customer service desk (click here) so we can check up on this for you.
Returns Policy
Our standard returns policy will apply with the following exceptions
All items purchased from 1 November 2022 can be returned until 14 January 2023.
For purchases made after 14 December 2022 our standard 30-day return policy will apply.
We do not offer free returns. Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please be reminded that proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the above Returns Policy requesting an exchange by simply providing us with your order number and confirmation that your product has not been worn or washed, and it is in resellable condition. The Returns team can swap this over for you, stock allowing. The team will provide you with a return address depending on the product purchased.
