Delivery & Returns


Our recommended last order date for the Christmas holidays is December 8th.

Orders made after these last orders dates may not arrive in time for Christmas, however we are doing our best to get orders shipped as soon as possible, although in some instances we expect orders made after these last orders dates to still arrive before the Christmas holidays, this is not guaranteed.

We also expect orders made between December 21st and January 3rd to experience some slight delays.

All orders are provided with tracked shipping so you can see the status of your order as it is on its way to you. If you have any concerns about your order's status, please reach out to our customer support team and we will be happy to help.

UK customers:

All of our orders are shipped tracked via Royal Mail, DPD, DHL or FedEx, and we aim to deliver orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our standard working days are Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next available working day. Quoted shipping times are from the shipping confirmation, not from when the order was placed.

We do not ship on UK Bank Holidays - please allow extra time for deliveries around these times. For a full list of these dates, please visit

If your order’s tracking has not updated in 5 days or more, please contact us and we will investigate this with the courier for you. We can only file claims for orders if contacted within these specific timeframes;

All items purchased from 14 November 2023 up to, and including, 14 December can be returned until 13 January 2024

For purchases made after 14 December 2023 our standard 30-day return policy will apply.

You can exchange or request a refund on any item as long as you return it in the original packaging/condition, within 30 days of receipt.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing (and subject to the points below), to process a return (refund or exchange), you must send the item(s) back to us - unused, unwashed and in a saleable condition.

All goods are returned to us at your own expense and risk. We advise that you use where possible, postal solutions to ensure their safety and security
We can only refund delivery charges if the return is a result of our error or faulty goods

For exchanges and in the event an item is permanently out of stock, the option of a refund or an alternative will be offered. We will email you to confirm the option you would prefer us to take.

We do not charge you to send an exchanged item back to you.

You will receive a refund, store credit, or confirmation of despatch of your exchanged order (if in stock) within 21 working days of receipt. You'll usually get your refund or exchanged items much quicker than this - but feel free to contact us at if you have received nothing during this time.

Crowdcrafted Products

Products defined as Crowdcrafted are defined as a timeboxed product campaign where the production run is actioned once a minimum order threshold has been met. Each Crowdcrafted product will have a set minimum order goal.

Once this minimum order is reached we will send the product to you. When you make a decision to support a Crowdcrafted product, you agree to pay the full amount for the associated Product. Due to the nature of how Crowdcrafted works, we are unable to issue a refund if you change your mind before the minimum order goal is met.

If the minimum order goal is not met, you will not receive the associated Product and a refund will be issued matching the amount of your initial payment, less any applicable service or transaction fees. Reimbursement will be made using your original payment method.
In the event that the product you receive is faulty, we will follow the usual refund policy. Standard terms will apply.

Non-UK customers

For all orders placed with us from countries other than the UK, please contact our team if an item is faulty/incorrect to discuss whether a return is necessary. The above points will still apply but we will try and advise you in the best way possible, taking into consideration overseas shipping logistics.
